TOMATO AND RICE SOUP
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 carrots, sliced thin
broth for sauteeing
3/4C brown rice
1 qt chopped tomatoes
1C tomato juice (I use V-8 and cheat)
2t oregano
1t Nama Shoyu
2C water
3T vegetable broth concentrate
2C nut mylk (I use almond/coconut mylk)
6T chopped Basil
Sauté the first 6 ingredients until slightly soft. Add remaining ingredients, except the mylk and basil. Then bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until the rice is done (about an hour). Add mylk and top with basil.
I like the snap in V-8 juice and will sometimes use the spicy version. As far as the concentrated broth, I like the “Better than Boullion “brand

EARTH MOTHER SMOOTHIE
2C coconut water
2C coconut mylk
1/2C raw cacao powder
1/2C goji berries
1C hemp seeds
1/2C raw almond butter
4T mesquite powder
Clean and remineralize your teeth without the chemicals and additives. Did you know fluoride calcifies the pineal gland? The pineal gland is our master gland and the seat of our intuition!
4T lucuma
1T maca
2t coconut butter
2T cacao butter
2t vanilla extract
2t blue green algae
pinch of Himalayan salt
I had to share this one because I just can’t stop drinking it! The smell is exotic. The flavor is unreal. So very warming on these cold days. It also works as a digestive, helps with the absorption of nutrients and is gently cleansing.
